We believe in our lumber so much that we guarantee it. Our customers can order confidently knowing that each piece of lumber will be delivered following the specifications we promised. If you find your order doesn’t meet these expectations, send it back in its entirety and we’ll provide a full refund.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Fine Craftsman Lumber products can be returned within 15 business days of the original purchase of the product if you obtain a Return Merchandise Number from us.  NO refund is available for custom sawn, ripped or sanded products, or for used or damaged products.  Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after our receipt of your returned product via the same method of your original purchase, less 15% restocking fee.
